Lindsey Vonn is in better shape than you are, and she wants you to know it.
The American alpine skier posted a short video to Facebook showing off her rock-hard abs by taking repeated punches to the midsection. It’s nothing new for Vonn, who frequently uses the social media platform to keep fans posted on her latest triumphs in the gym.
The 29-year-old is currently working her way back from an ACL injury that prevented her from competing at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi and is expected to return to the World Cup circuit in December.
If the whole return to skiing thing doesn’t work out, she can always fill in for the punching bag in the next Rocky movie.
