Lydia Ko and Jason Day are ready to defend their Grant Thornton Invitational title! Other teams include Nelly Korda & Tony Finau, Lexi Thompson & Rickie Fowler, Atthaya Thitikul, and others. Things will definitely heat up at the Naples-based golf course with so many stars from the PGA Tour & the LPGA Tour fighting it out to top the leaderboard. Last year, Ko’s final putt helped her and Day to finish one up and win the title, and it was exciting. So let’s learn more about the golf course hosting the second edition of this mixed-gender event.

The LPGA Tour stars will return to the Tiburon Golf Club this weekend after the exciting events of the 2024 CME Group Tour Championship a few weeks ago. Surrounded by a mesmerizing landscape with breathtaking architecture, the golf course in Naples, Florida, is a beautiful sight. Outgoing LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman carefully crafted the design of the award-winning course.

The club has two courses, Gold and Black. Both were designed by Greg Norman in 1998 and 2001, respectively. The Gold Course is the larger of the two at 7,382 yards, while the Black is 6,949 yards long. Despite the difference in size, both courses offer 18 holes of 72 par.

Having the best pros from men’s and women’s on the Tiburon Golf Club is simply a match made in heaven. There is no reason for any golf fan to miss the events as they happen live from December 13-15, 2024. If you do get the opportunity, you should also visit the course directly to get a first-hand experience of all the action and the beauty that surrounds it. Tickets for the event are still available.
