Thompson apologized
Shortly after, Lexi apologized to everyone, after a lot of criticism.
However, she admitted that the frustrations were at their peak when it came to this tournament, finding that these golf courses did not suit her, but she wished the other girls luck.
Lexi has not played in this tournament since then, and it is clear that she is sticking to her stance this year. Some believe that stubbornness is not the best thing for a golfer of her caliber, but with these moves she has once again made it clear how much she dislikes this tournament and the course.
