The American tennis star’s fortunes dwarf the likes of Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic combined, as she is estimated to be worth £2.35billion. This, compared to the Big Three in tennis, is an eye-watering gap in wealth, as Federer, Djokovic, and Nadal have estimated net worths of £431m, £188m and £173m respectively – or £792m combined.
However, the 24-year-old could have used some of these aforementioned tennis icons’ skills in her opening round at the French Open after she was dumped out of the major tournament at the first hurdle. World No. 9 Navarro stunned her opponent, Jessica Bouzas Maneiro, on Monday with a weak performance to lose the first-round match-up in a straight set 6-0, 6-1 defeat.
