Since beginning her professional career in 2016, Nelly Korda has been one of the best golfers in the world.
She’s won over a dozen times on the LPGA Tour, including two major championships. Korda has won the Solheim Cup while representing the United States, and she also became an Olympic gold medalist three years ago in Tokyo.
Korda has won six events this year and was named the LPGA’s player of the year for the current season. She’s also the world’s No. 1 female golfer, according to the most recent set of rankings.
Korda has conquered the world of golf, but she’s looking to excel in modeling with her most recent venture.
The top golfer posed for a series of photos for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, joining other top athletes like Gabby Thomas, Eileen Gu and Suni Lee.
Korda comes from a family of accomplished athletes. Both of her parents were professional tennis players from the Czech Republic, with her father Petr winning the 1998 Australian Open.
Korda’s younger brother Sebastian plays professionally and advanced to the quarterfinals of the Australian Open in 2023.
Jessica Korda, Nelly’s older sister, also plays on the LPGA Tour. She’s a six-time winner since turning pro in 2010 and joining the tour one year later. Like her sister, she’s also represented the United States at the Solheim Cup.
