The Pro Golfer has confirmed her statement of stepping away from the course inorder to focus on herself,family and loved ones.
She made this known in a 40 minutes interview with Golf.com. after making the initial announcement earlier this year at the U.S Open
She further explains that the life of an athlete is filled with loneliness and the pressure to perform well on the field,she has to always to be there for her own self without having anyone to share her moments with and that’s why she wants to step away from the field.
The 29 year old further added that she is ready to explore other aspects of life, try new things and to relieve herself of the pressure of performing.
