The 13-time LPGA Tour winner recently became Casey Wasserman’s guest as she wore the stunning Oscar de la Renta with red poppy appliques. Korda’s 2024 Met Gala appearance made her the only LPGA Tour pro to do so yet. Her stellar debut was appreciated by fans who declared her “the hottest golfer that’s ever lived.” Not only fans but the golfer’s fellow LPGA Tour pros also loved every bit of their compatriot’s look.
Among them was the English golfer Charley Hull. So, when the English star watched Korda in her glamorous look, she could not resist but compliment her dress and stunning look. She posted Nelly Korda’s still from the Met Gala red carpet on her Instagram story and wrote in seven simple words, “Go on, Nelly, you look absolutely beautiful.” Coming from the LPGA’s fashionista herself, it is sure quite a huge deal.
The 27-year-old herself is a fashion icon and loves to dress up. A recent Barbie pajama story by Hull on Instagram shows her love for fashion. The 4-time LPGA Tour dressed up in a Barbie pink crop top and shorts as she posed and showed her night co-ord set. Hull had always been trendy with her fits as evidenced by her remarks on Eddie Hearn’s podcast.
Hull said, “You get to see my fashion because I’m a girl’s girl as well. Like I love going out dressing up and that and I play sport as well. So hopefully that’s kind of more appealing to like younger girls.”
Retired golfer Michelle Wie West and Korda’s temporary housemate from Drive On Championship also loved her charming look. They shared it on social media to support Korda in her incredible off-course feat.
