From No. 15 to No. 43. Confused? Don’t worry, for the numbers are just alluding to the OWGR rank of Jordan Spieth. It doesn’t take much to see that the golfer hasn’t had a very good season in 2024. Consequently, this has also caused him to just barely scrape by into the top 70 of the FedEx Cup standings. However, the PGA Tour Pro seems to have turned a blind eye to all of that with just one of his philanthropic endeavors. On August 12, the 31-year-old and his wife, Annie Verret, presented a check for $500,000 from the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He donated the funds that will be set aside for cancer research despite raking in just over $2,691,991 from the 2024 PGA Tour season, owing to his finishes.
